Graphic Design specifically comes down to graphic elements that enhance the visual aesthetic of digital or dead tree productions. Most graphics are digital these days in the form of a website, blog, or similar graphic enhancement, but believe it or not there are still plenty of companies and individuals that still produce paper printed or other real world printed products. Grachics can be applied to nearly anything physical including cars, plastics, newspapers, magazines, and more, and someone has to design and impliment those graphics so they look right on the product.
